30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, exchange your purchase in original condition and with all original documents within 30 days OR return for full store credit. If a special order was manufactured and/or delivered, we are unable to offer exchanges or store credit as we are unable to restock jewelry items that are uniquely created. Your satisfaction is our goal, and we want you to buy with complete confidence.
Lifetime Warranty
We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase; we stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. We will repair and maintain your jewelry for a lifetime. Our lifetime warranty includes free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning services.
In the event that there is ever an issue with your jewelry, bring it for an in-person evaluation or mail it to us. Once inspected, we will notify you if any charges apply prior to performing any repair work.
Lifetime Upgrade
Any natural diamond purchased from State St Jewelers can be exchanged at 100% credit (less sales tax) for any replacement diamond of at least 2X or greater value. The diamond being upgraded must be in original condition with its original laboratory grading document.
Layaway
We offer layaway on all purchases over $200, with 30% down and payment completed within 3 months. If layaway is canceled, there is a 10% restocking fee, which can be applied to a same-day purchase. Layaway items are non-returnable.
